Haven Crystal Lake Apartments

They started charging me for renters insurance when I already had it through another company. When I asked for a refund, Property management just gives me the runaround or simply never responds to emails or my calls. I asked for copies of an itemized bill for each month's rent, and they told me they did not have these records, which is very sketchy especially if they are actually paying taxes. I asked to speak to someone in upper management and no one ever gets back with me. I moved out in May of 2023 and this is still unresolved! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!

I lived there 3 years, but had to move due to work. Management is very nice and professional. If you have an issue, they have always been prompt to address it. I am not a relative, but I can say that I am a friend of the Properties manager now. She is a veteran like me and is committed to her job and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this complex. It is very spacious. My unit had a washer and dryer in it! Few apartments offer this.

I have been at the Haven apartments for several years. Chris D is our maintenance guy and he is always responsive and on top of any issues we might have. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Apartments are all about the people who work there and help you solve problems. Chris makes this place a 5 star!

We have lived here since April 2016 and have loved every minute of it. I was very hesitant of moving into an apartment but decided to try it as we didn't not want to rent privately anymore. I honestly never want to leave. The complex is quiet, the neighbors are wonderful, and the property manager is very pleasant to work with. When we had one small issue with our washer it was handled promptly and we were doing laundry again by that evening. My only regret is not moving here sooner.

I have lived here almost a year and it has been great. Washer and dryer are awesome the dishwasher is in great condition not to mention the property manager and the maintenance are always great at handling everything you need. My building is nice and quiet I haven't had an issue.
