Haven at Craigshire

Okay so first of all make sure you spray your home with bug spray everywhere. Second the wifi is horrible I do not recommend you can barley do things without something glitching, the wifi is trash and doesn't work. They have a basketball court but no hoops? They have a pool which is good and it opens. The laundry machines and vending machine will take most of the money on your card for "credit" which i do not like. I do not recommend this apartment complex , thanks for reading!

Had a great experience staying here. Having utilities included in rent is a massive plus. Newly renovated and great experience with the property manager, Sonya, made my stay here 5 stars. Would highly recommend considering the Haven at Craigshire for your next lease

If you need maintenance it takes forever. I went 5 weeks with no heat and temps in the 30's. Was there 3 years and didn't get my deposit back, and the manager did a walk thru and said the apartment was perfect and clean when I moved out. Waited over 2 years for updated laundry and mail services and it still hasn't happened. Not a good place to live.

This is not a great place to live. The new owners do not fix anything office never open full time. Big complex that only have 3 washers and 3 dryers that never work. This used to be a hotel so you still get your mail like a hotel no mail boxes they say they are going to put them in they have never. As I said used to be a hotel so you have 1 door fire hazard. They are not dog friendly as they have removed the poop stations and trash cans. They advertise valet trash pick up that never happens. They is no safe place for kids to play as it is all parking lot. There is a lot of drug addicts lingering around mostly from the ran down hotel that this place sits right next to. And to top it off they have a pool but it never gets open and the have two gas grills for everyone to use but are broken. T

Every year my unit goes out it’s not one thing It’s another,too many events that take place and issues not resolved in a timely manner, no former response or updates until the last minute, was told by the AC repair guy that he’ll be back today, and he did not show up at all, and there has not been no update, I have a list of issues and events that have taken places since I moved in everything is documented, they want their rent on time, right just a tuned
