I’ve only been living here for about two weeks, but so far my experience has been positive. When I first came into the office, I was greeted by Khadijah, who was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the move-in process much easier. The apartment itself is really nice, and I have no complaints there. My main concern would be the parking. When I come home from work, it’s often hard to find a spot, and I sometimes have to park two buildings away, which can be inconvenient. Overall though, if you’re looking for a place with a great staff that truly cares, I would definitely recommend it.

Apartments have potential, but grounds are being kept in terrible condition. Based on reviews from other residents, the trash is the biggest complaint out here. The rent here is entirely too expensive for the neighborhood to be kept so poorly. Please CLEAN THE GROUNDS AND BREEZEWAYS and resident feedback will improve tremendously!

My family and I have lived here for going on 3 years now and we love our apartment. Its right in the middle of Hoover but not in the hustle and bustle of traffic. The pool is great and always clean during the warmer months. They have a beautiful pond you can fish in right behind the leasing office. I take my daughter to play at the playground they have on the grounds. Any problems we have encountered were looked at and fixed very quickly. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone. Amazing place to live.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Haven Apartment Homes overall! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a peaceful, welcoming vibe. The amenities are great — the pool area is always clean, the gym is convenient, and the staff is generally friendly and responsive. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and feels like home. There are just a couple of minor issues worth noting — the trash compactor area can occasionally get a bit backed up, which isn’t ideal, and lately there’s been an ongoing frog situation right outside my door. It’s more of a nuisance than anything major, but definitely something I hope gets resolved soon. Aside from that, it’s been a great place to live — quiet, comfortable, and in a really convenient location. I’d still recommend Haven to anyone looking for
