Rented for 8 years. Landlord was great. This rental company has always been rude. Avoid if at all possible.

Was positively recommended Hauestein Agency while I was looking for apartments. Gave them a try and the process was easy and smooth. Proper communication. And everyone I interacted with that is associated with these guys has been professional and friendly. That's as simple as it needs to be and they simply provided that. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for being proper people of the community.

Just called to ask a simple question about a security deposit and the lady who answered seemed passively agressive for some reason, probably the third time it's happened when I call them so I figured I'd leave a review.

I had a water leak in my bedroom. Jaye and his contractor responded quickly to repair the issue. Job we'll done. I appreciate the quick response by all involved.
