Hathaway at Lake Norman

We are absolutely in love with our new home at Hathaway at Lake Norman. Our unit is beautifully designed and has become a wonderful, modern sanctuary. The entire experience has been made exceptional by the outstanding management team, who have been professional, warm, and responsive from our very first tour. They made the entire leasing and move-in process seamless and stress-free. It's a true pleasure to live in a community that feels so well-cared-for and welcoming. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Hathaway at Lake Norman to anyone seeking a fantastic place to live.

I absolutely love my new apartment... It's so spacious and the 5 foot walk in shower is A-MAZ-ING! The Clubhouse is really nice... We're definitely going to have alot of FUN in the pool table area ... the outside community space is lovely and I'm looking forward to spending time in the saltwater pool this summer. Everyone in the office has been super nice and accommodating. Maintenance is quick and efficient.

The staff is very polite and courteous. Madison is wonderful and answered all my questions. Absolutely love the apartment we're in, there's plenty of room and lots of storage. The club house is wonderful also, we're looking forward to using the gym and rec room. Also looking forward to taking a swim in the pool when warmer weather hits.

After moving 8 hours away to here, Hathaway at Lake Norman has been nothing but GREAT. From floor to ceiling, wall to wall is everything I could have asked for to feel at home, and you won’t find a better staff anywhere else. Madison goes above and beyond and has been truly amazing since day 1, couldn’t ask for anything better. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

I just moved in, and the experience was absolutely perfect. The manager walked me through the entire process, and my apartment looked amazing on my move-in day. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges. The clubhouse and amenities are beautiful - and I am so happy with this community.
