Eastwood Homes at Rock Creek

My experience: Don’t buy here. Don't buy from Eastwood period. The quality of the homes is sub par. There is not one straight wall 90 degree corner in my home. They are extremely hard to get a hold of to address fixes or repairs. They will avoid you at all costs. They will smile and kind and then not follow through. Homes are definitely not worth the price tag!!!

The buying experience was very easy, and Nikki is great! She was very attentive to what we want out of home and incredibly responsive. The houses are built well, and we love the unique features offered by Eastwood compared to the other pre-fabricated homes being built around the North Charlotte suburban area. So far the neighborhood has been wonderful with really friendly neighbors. They just opened more lots and we are really excited to see the neighborhood expand.

While the floor plan is very nice, it’s a poorly built home. Unlike other builders, they don’t build energy efficient homes. I encourage potential clients to get an inspector for the major milestones. In all fairness, there’s no such thing as a perfect home. Eastwood should stay on top of their subcontractors and hold them accountable if the work is subpar. They also need to focus on the infrastructure because I had drainage issues in my backyard. Thankfully, the neighbors are wonderful, the lots are a decent size and it’s a small development.

Really nice looking community convenient to Denver and Lake Norman. The homes look great, the yards are really large for new construction and the neighborhood is well kept. The new model home that just opened is stunning.
