We have found a little piece of heaven on earth! We just renewed our lease for another 15 months and moved from the first floor to the fourth floor and couldn’t be happier! Liz & Jason were so helpful making our transfer effortless! The HarWood on Cave Creek crew are so welcoming and are always there when we need them! Kind, friendly, caring! We love living here and the closeness to the 101, Costco, restaurants, shops make it an ideal home! We highly recommend taking a tour if you are looking for a new home! Pet-friendly, gym, pool & hot tub, dog park & pet wash facilities! The rooms and closets are so spacious!

I lived at Harwood Apartments for 15 months, and it was truly the best renting experience I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, the entire team treated me and my mom with kindness, respect, and genuine care. My mom lived above me during our time there, and whenever either of us had a question or concern — no matter how small — the staff responded quickly and handled it right away. As my time has officially come to an end at Harwood, I just want to say my experience here has been nothing but the best. From day one, I felt welcomed. The ladies in the office Hannah, Liz, and Keira are so attentive and always make sure residents are heard. They handle things quickly and genuinely care about residents, which you don’t find everywhere . They also host the BEST resident functions! It really makes the community feel connected and special. Maintenance is always on point whenever there’s a problem they’re quick, efficient, and reliable. Kiara, Hannah, and Liz are absolutely amazing! They always go above and beyond for the residents — whether it’s handling questions, solving issues fast, or organizing some of the best community events I’ve ever seen. You can really tell they care about everyone living here and work so well together as a team. The events are always fun, creative, and make the whole community feel connected. Harwood is definitely the best apartment complex I’ve lived at in Phoenix. From the very beginning, management has been incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. Any time I have a question or need something, they assist me right away. The complex itself is beautiful and extremely well maintained. Maintenance is amazing at keeping everything clean and ensuring things are always working properly, which really makes a difference day-to-day. My apartment is spacious, feels high-quality, and everything just feels thoughtfully designed. The location is also perfect: it’s in a calm, chill area while still being central to so many great places around Phoenix. I love living here and would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
