Harvest - Enchantment Series by Pulte Homes

On Saturday we met with Sophia and Mary. They have made our home buying experience fun, entertaining and professional. This is without a doubt our best home buying experience, from people who genuinely care about the people buying homes for their families. Thank you Pulte homes for finding the best people to represent your community. We are looking forward to working with Mike throughout our building experience.

The sales team is fantastic, the neighborhood is nice, and we love the layout of our new house, but that's where the highlights end. Once the contractor gets his survey completed, you might as well be dead to them. I won't even mention the mortgage team who changed their criteria every week for 45 days. We pick up trash and boxes from our yard every morning due to laziness from the contractor and their subs. We have found so many subpar parts of our house (inspection can only catch so much), especially the exterior and interior paint. I'm in the midst of repainting the interior, and the exterior looks like it was painted while caked in dirt. Spots of primer everywhere. Over the weekend, a shingle fell from our roof (we moved in 9 months ago - new build) and shattered my wife's car window,

Have been very pleased with Pulte as a builder. The process from start to finish was a breeze. Sophia was a pleasure to deal with. The build itself was always on schedule with good communication when needed. Final walk through went well with issues found and corrected before move in. With that said, you have to do your own due diligence. We had a pre dry wall inspection and a one yr inspection both done by an outside inspector. Few issues found (typical inspection issues) but all were corrected by Pulte in a timely manner. Service department is the reason for 4 stars. They were difficult to deal with. Service requests often took multiple submissions and still needed phone calls. Seems to be a break down between service department and service rep. Had to get forceful on one occasion when

They only had 2 models to show. They are phasing out so basically not too many lots left only for 2 story go on. They will moving out of this area once few more sold. Homes are nice though but wanted to see another model that had but all built and pple living in them now. Will see where else they are building in queen creek. Sales rep was helpful

Just got the keys to our new home and it looks amazing! Pulte builds beautiful homes, and we have been watching every step of the way. I would advise anyone to use a third party home inspector to help find issues at the pre-drywall phase as well as before the final inspection. Talk to your construction manager at Pulte and they will work WITH YOU to build the best possible home they can. If you take an active role during the process, you will get to understand how it was built and what it took to get there. My family is very grateful for our construction manager Bryson, Eric in Pulte Mortgage, and everyone else involved.
