I really can't recommend this place, it's loud and overpriced. I haven't been able to even sleep for a month because the mother that moved in next door to me has a kid that runs back and forth and bangs on the walls all night long. It used to be a nice little quiet community but it's changed hands so many times and they have lowered the credit limit it just seems like your average cheap complex with thin walls and faulty appliances.

I hate the owners of this place and have never lived in a worse apartment, the parking lot and side walks are dangerous during this snow and they've had over a week to fix it and haven't touched it, they'll tack on fees to everything they can and these places are so overpriced it's ridiculous. There is dog poop everywhere, ice and dog poop every inch you step, but they'll tack on a fee if you have a garbage bag next to the door, but make no effort to clear off the only dumpster we have, look at the pictures they've uploaded this place looks like that all the time.

If you like to hear dogs barking and howling below you 24/7 this is great place to live. Management does not maintain facilities, they do not enforce their ordinances and every square inch is covered in dog poop and trash.

These people wont even bother to treat the ice all over the sidewalks and parking lot everyone else in town does this isn't a problem at any other apartment complex in berea my mom cant go outside without falling

Little more lax than I would like out of luxury apartments. The annual price increases without additional services and limited to no ownership in the things they leave undone make it hard to give this a decent score, but it’s a roof over head and the AC works
