CENTURY 21 Pinnacle

Tried to make an offer through resnet on a house this company had listed but never heard anything back from anyone. It went pending a week later of course. I tried to reach several of the agents here and never got a response or call back. I took a look through there reviews and it looks like a lot of the good reviews have either been left by some of the agents that work there or someone in their family. Very misleading!!!!

I recently used them to find and purchase my 1 st home. Finding and viewing the properties was easy and fun. They helped put the offer in and helped with finding a loan agent. I asked about the inspection process and was told I was receiving one and since it was a VA loan, it would be thorough and would ensure safety of the house and that it had heat mostly, because that is what the MPR’s for the VA loan required. The house was listed through Century 21, and the disclosures stated the house was heated with a heat pump. After closing and moving in, I found out the house did not have heat at all, and no heat pump on the property. The agent promised he would help me with communication between me and the seller to get this corrected, but then ghosted me and made no communication between the se
