Harvard Hall Apartments

The apartment has been amazing. They have great finishes and put a lot of thought into every little detail. My wife is an architect and she loves the apartment and that says a lot. The apartments are also well insulated, so you can't hear the neighbors. It stays cool summer and warm in the winter. The only thing would add is lighting in the closets. Service - The service from the staff has been excellent. They are helpful, pleasant, and always go the extra mile. Amenities - The amenities are well maintained and very useful. The rooftop is amazing a great place to relax and watch sunsets. The gym is also really good. If you're a fitness buff, they have most of what you'd need. Fellow Residents - The residents in the building are super friendly and easy to get along with. We're new to DC

Embarrassingly rude management, specifically Neyda. The entire complex has been without hot water for 5 consecutive days, which is especially concerning because we experienced the same problem two weeks ago coinciding with the lack of HEAT in the building during January. I reported my car stolen to the police who found that my car was legally parked on a public street behind the complex with no record of it being towed or EVER ticketed. Only to find out that the building management had my car illegally towed by a private tow company, who of course asked for cash only, which has now cost me thousands in damages from the tow as my undercarriage and front bumper were severely damaged. Neyda called to tell me that the police dispatched were wrong, and that my car was taken by the DC Parking Au

Shwe Khing worked on both our bathrooms this week in Harvard Hall. He resolved the water problem quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend

Harvard Hall was a wonderful Mount Pleasant apartment- affordable, good community, responsive management. Sadly it was purchased and is now being rented at the highest cost in the neighborhood, with smaller units. Loved living there before it was taken over- it’s a huge building so it really displaces an affordable building for many community members.

Fantastic maintenance department, specifically Tim who really went out of his way to help install a water filter in our unit, he really went above and beyond.
