Reading through the reviews here and a LOT of things I've seen in these reviews I have not seen at all. Ever. No gunfire, no police to speak of, no stolen cars that I am aware of. Someone DID, however, steal one parking light off our cars of all things, but I know of no car thefts and our car has never been broken into. I've lived here two years now and, no, it's not the best part of town but I have very few complaints! I love my apartment and it is VERY spacious...saw a review saying the apartments are small, they are not. Love love LOVE the generous private balcony! The only REAL complaint I have is the roof leaks in both bedrooms for the entire 2 years we've been here but management is aware and there is a work order for it soon as it's dry a while. Ever since Scott & Katrina came along

AWFUL place to live. Roach infested, AC/heat never work and will take months to fix. Appliances constantly broken and good luck getting hot water or even a properly draining tub. Several shootings, constant disturbances. Management is fake and will act nice but never do their jobs. Maintenance is useless. You will not get your deposit back and they will try to charge you for anything and everything they can. DO NOT live here. You will regret it. Awful, awful place.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE DON'T EVEN CONSIDER MOVING HERE. This place is the WORST place i have ever lived. I have been without AC for 3 summers that I have been here because the maintenance team clearly does not know how to fix anything and/or doesn't want to. New management is just as bad as old management. They make excuses for everything. Manager Christina told me there are 40 units without AC and no clear plan on how they're going to fix them quickly. I submitted the last work order in October but apparently that doesn't matter to them because they're new. They're also trying to extort residents out of money. I pay a month in advance and have provided ample proof that my rent is paid and have been guaranteed it will be fixed online for 5 MONTHS and I still got a letter on my door threa

Is it really new owners? I ask because there has been 4 "new owners" in the last 3 years. And new management every 4 months. And each new manager is told it's under new owner. New managers think they will fix up the complex and make this place decent. I genuinely think that managers really do want to help. But if the owners refuse to pay the debts and refuse to pay for repairs and upkeep, then managers hands are tied. The place is disgusting and there are alot of trouble makers. But... Maybe this "new" owner and new manager might actually be legit this time. As for right now? The pros are non existent and the cons are too great to list. Good luck new management. For all our sake I do hope that this time, it really is new owners and not just a new name to avoid prosecution.

I've lived here for 6 months. New management for 2 months. They can mop the steps but they can't fix the constant water leakage through my ceiling and it's coming in through my sliding glass door all over the carpet. There are soft spots you can push in the floor all through my living room. My bath tub doesnt hold water. There has been blood on my car. I got locked out of my apartment and 24 hours later I am still waiting to hear from someone to come unlock it for me. I had to kick the door in so my kids didnt sleep in the hallway. There was a shooting in February and a homeless drug addict sleeping in the stairwell. My kids room is so hot at night they don't want to sleep in it. The building constantly smells like gas is leaking. I do not have a fire extinguisher. My screen has holes in i
