My experience here has been amazing from day one. My roommate and I were initially declined for credit history but were able to explain our situation and they gave us a second chance. Everything is digital, from rent pay to maintenence. Maintenence is very fast, thorough and they communicate well via text. East Isles building has an awesome entry system with cameras, call system and delivery codes to ensure that our building and packages are always secure but also accessible without a key. Back entry and lot are very well lit with additional cameras. Laundry room is very nice. Even the garbage area is kept neat. Units are clean, hallways look and smell good, no pests, no break-ins and the complex is generally quiet and very respectful of each other. They even decorate by filling the flow

hartley properties has been amazing to rent through! dan and sydney were beyond welcoming when i toured my apartment. i came from a very rough living situation to hartley properties, and i have felt an ease of my safety! my apartment is very large and spacious which i love! the apartment itself is beautiful with the granite counter tops and beautiful dark wood cabinets! i love how quiet the building is, and how nice my neighbors are.

THIS IS A MUST READ IF YOU'RE INQUIRING INTO BEING A HARTLEY PROPERTIES TENANT.... Long read but these are all only some of the absolute true horror stories with my time at East & West Isles in uptown. After 36 years of renting in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, I can confidently say that my experience with Hartley Properties was the worst of my life. They exhibited unprofessional behavior that left me feeling targeted and exploited, particularly in light of my visible mental health struggles. From the very beginning, I felt like I was being watched. The back security cameras are to monitor security issues only and legally, not tenants. Horrible communication. Asked very clear and easy questions but was either directed back to the website or given really short answer's from the apartment manger Sydney. Definitely have great properties but super disappointed with how odd they handled when asking about any information.
