Angela was great. Warm and personable. She understood our needs and concerns. The duplex apartment was very nice but didn’t fit our needs. The location was not where we wanted.

Jane has been AMAZING through this moving process. She also had me feeling right at home since day one. The home is so nice and quiet, and the neighbors seem very friendly. Great area of town too! My family and I are truly blessed to join your community. Again, thank you so much Jane for helping make the process easy and for taking such good care of us. 10/10 would recommend!

We've lived at Hartland Place on Belleauwood for a few years now, and it's been a great experience. Our landlady is both kind and professional, and it's always been easy to talk with her when something comes up. The maintenance team is quick to respond and always polite and helpful. The neighborhood is a big part of why we like living here. People are friendly, and there's a nice sense of community. One of the things that really mattered to us is that it's pet-friendly, which is perfect since we have animals and care about their comfort too. If you're looking for a place with a good location, a welcoming feel, and managers who care, Hartland Place is a strong choice... especially if you have pets.

We recently moved into this rental and have been very impressed so far. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, and we've already felt welcomed by our neighbors. We especially appreciate Jane at the office, who went above and beyond to make our move-in process smooth and easy. A big plus for this location is its convenience. We love having a Kroger grocery store just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials. Additionally, there's a nearby kid's park and walking trail, which are perfect for enjoying some fresh air and family time.

I’ve been so pleased with my experience living at Hartland Place since 2020. It's in a great location with a nice Kroger shopping center. The leasing team was great to work with when selecting my unit and scheduling move-in. Any maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner. I could not be happier with my choice of living space. I highly recommend this apartment community!
