Our experience with Layla (our supposed Salesperson) and the Pulte Loan team was extremely disappointing due to the consistent lack of communication and follow-through throughout the process. After being told we did not qualify, we were removed from the buyer portal without any clear explanation or follow-up. For weeks, our calls and emails went unanswered, and it wasn’t until our realtor stepped in—calling multiple times and messaging in a group chat—that we finally received a response. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing the home placed back on the market, only to be contacted again after we inquired about our deposit refund. We had also communicated that we were prepared to add an additional co-borrower to strengthen our application, yet our file was closed without

Pulte Homes is great! They were very patient with me after I changed from one home to another in different cities. Great financing incentives and in home as well. The sales team....No pressure!!!!!....That alone sold me!...They made the process seamless. We very happy with our new home!
