I have lived in a community by Harris and Straub for six years. I am absolutely appalled by their lack of concern for their communities. Nothing gets done in a timely manner. Our HOA is managed by First Service Residential and these companies have been nothing but lies and excuses and false promises. Our pool has been an ongoing issue of problems for over a year. Inadequate filters, poor water quality, algae and mold in the shallow wading area, broken bathrooms, and now we have no pool furniture. We have been told to bring our own pool furniture, and this is in a community with homes 500k to 1.5mil. Streetlights have been broken over a year, construction garbage is out of control and unsanitary. The lack of response by Harris and Straub leads me to believe they only care about making mone

This is an incredibly horrible slumlord of a developer. I live in the Oaks at San Gabriel and we have had broken street lights for nearly a year. The "nature trails" are not maintained, all of the statues are broken. We currently have 2 freaking pool chairs for the "resort style amenities" (950+homes). The bathrooms have been broken several times and are currently closed again. They gave us port o potties that blew over past night and literally poured human waste onto our amenities area where children play! Signs are falling down, lawns are out of control. Some people have weeds 3 ft high. We get no help from the subcontracted company FSResidential. Not to mention our entrance sprinklers we're running for 12 hours straight 2 days ago. We as residents will have to pay for this money grabber
