I just recently moved in and the customer service has been amazing! Monique made the whole transition smooth, fast, and professional. Originally I was denied until I went through Liberty Rent who got me approved the same day! Both companies communicated and answer my questions at a timely matter! The energy here is so peaceful. Shout out to the maintenance team because the one minor hiccup I had for my unit was fixed the same day and I’m just loving it here so far ♥️

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is the worst apartment complex! There was a shooting here today. Cops are here just about every other night for domestic disturbances. Neighbors are rude and they harass and threaten you for simply asking them to stop fighting at 3 in the morning. Car break ins every other night. This is supposed to be a gated community but the gates have been broken for months. The office staff does not care about the safety and security of the residents living here. It is an absolute nightmare here!!

I had been calling this place for over 2 weeks. I liked the property, liked the prices listed online (can change at any time btw) They do NOT answer the phone. They instead call back days later..how insulting. Because they do not answer the phone, I went up there. For starters, I walked into the office and there was no greeting, no welcome, nothing. I know they were alerted of my presence as there was an alarm when I came through the door. Finally, a man can from behind his desk (the same man that I saw glance at me when I first walked in and just continue to sit there) Anyways, he was friendly and professional. I asked him if their phone was down as I had been calling and he said it's because he was helping someone else. I just said "oh I understand" because I was not in the mood to go

The transition was smooth, Monique and Cory made sure they provided exceptional service with making the best decisions with the whole moving experience. Thank you

Hariss Pond maintenance team did a great job and in a timely matter getting the A/C compressor fixed; they checked all appliances ordered a brand new washer machine among other things Brando did an awesome job . This is a peaceful great place to live because of the attention they give there residents
