I've had a great experience renting from Harr Property Management. Josephine is friendly and responsive, always quick to address any concerns. The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and spacious. I really appreciate the safe, clean and well-preserved area. The amenities i really enjoyed were laundry in the apartments, having a heated garage (amazing for winters in South Dakota), and having a secure building. Overall, I highly recommend Harr Property Management to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

I had faucet leak when first moved in. Fixed it in less than 24 hrs with new faucet. This is a very clean townhome and neighborhood. I feel the employees of Harr property truly care about the people residing here. Their office is easy to reach and address any concerns. Love that it is pet friendly too. Pets are people’s family and almost every home has one or two! Highly recommend Harr properties!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We moved here from out of state so that I could begin my residency training at the hospital. We were not able to visit before moving here, so we had to rely on the website listing pictures and information. All the pictures and information was very accurate, which was tremendously appreciated! Josephine was a huge help in getting our application processed quickly, providing all of the necessary move in paperwork remotely, and responding to our questions in a timely manner. She made our move go smoothly! We love the location, the affordable price, and the amenities included! It’s a great place to live!

They cover water, garbage, and heat also! We're so happy Josephine helped us find this place.
