Harpeth River Oaks Apartments

I love it here! I moved in about 3 years ago from out of state and my apartment has so much natural light and the layout is unique and spacious. The on site team from the Property Manager Sharra to the maintenance team Rob have been exceptional. I even see Rob doing work orders and playing with my pup. I love seeing the wildlife out back and feel safe at all times. No issues with pests, maintenance, cleanliness or anything else. We are right across from the YMCA and close to everything, yet tucked away. Would 💯 recommend. I have not had many issues but any that I have had were addressed properly and with thoughtfulness.

I am writing this review to the Harpeth River Oaks Apartments Management Team. Your Maintenance Supervisor Trent is a great guy, and I am really impressed how the grounds are maintained. He is always out and about, fixing things around the property. Just today, I saw him out cleaning the pool area and organizing all the tables and lounge chairs. This kind of attention to detail does not go unnoticed. The pool, spa, and barbecue areas are looking beautiful. THANK YOU TRENT!

I loved my time living at Harpeth River Oaks! The management team, especially Sharra, were always available and really great to work with! The amenities were nice, the location was close to so many things, and the community as a whole was just wonderful!

I just wrapped up 12 months of living at Harpeth River Oaks and I can honestly say it was the best apt living experience I have ever had. I've lived in apartments all over the country and in Europe and my experience with Sharra, Jessie, Brandon, and the whole team there was exceptional. Especially for those moving from out of state, rest assured knowing that you are in good hands and will be well taken care of here. The hot tub is actually hot (in the best way!) and the pool is great as well. The grounds are really well kept and the location is really unbeatable. For the price I can't find anything else comparable in the area. If it weren't for the fact that I am buying a house, I would have definitely renewed my lease here again. Thanks again to the team at HRO! :)

I have really loved my time here at Harpeth River Oaks Apartments! For the past two years I have gotten the opportunity of getting to know the ladies at the front office and I can say it has been nothing short of amazing! Sharra and Madison are fantastic people and wonderful to work with. So kind, patient, and supportive. We will definitely miss it! Highly recommend!
