A wonderful place to live, nice neighbors and an incredible gym. Fun opportunities for the whole family and Beth is the best manager around. She's like a big sister ready to take care of everything for you. I don't have enough nice things to say. Great location, I hope someone else finds this place to be as wonderful as I did.

I love living here at Harpers! Special shout out to Donny and Jeff! They’ve been out all night clearing the roads after the big snow storm this past weekend. Donny saw my husband, neighbor, and I digging our cars out and he stopped to help. He was so kind and friendly. The entire staff has been wonderful our entire stay. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Lived here for 18 months. Wouldn't recommend this place other than the price point. Especially if you are younger you will be surrounded by whole families living in a two bedroom apartment. Nothing wrong with that but was not what we were sold on. Took us a month to get the smell of the past tenants cooking out of the place. They even purposely made us wait a week before moving in for this same reason. I do not know why we even made an attempt clean before we moved out either because when we moved in the place was filthy and had the bare minimum done to clean it. Additionally their website is in shambles and will boot you off it every 10 minutes when trying to pay rent. And if you are using PNC your ach will most likely bounce and they will charge you an extra $50. This happened three ti

This is fantastic place! We spend over 2 years with my family. Sports club is included, you can walk to the park, kroger, and multiple other places. Nice walking trail around the facility. Very quiet at night and very safe. School bus stop at the entrance of the facility. Place kept clean whole year. And the best part - Staff Team is fantastic and always helpful. Beth was taking care of us - she is great!

Overall enjoyed my time here. Quiet, clean, area. Everything is well maintained. The location is great, not just for the walkable shops and restaurants, close to the Interstates, and a large park. Having a workout space at "The Club" is a nice benefit as well. The buildings are older with smaller kitchens, but very livable. The maintenance staff is attentive and fix problems quickly. The front office staff has been there for a number of years, they are friendly, professional, reasonable to deal with, and know how to work within their system to identify the problem and get issues resolved.
