Harper Grove Apartments

Pest control sprayed my apartment several times, which you can see here in my videos the termites are still all over my ceiling, shower, "Everywhere" the property Manager and the owners don't care at all about my living situation here. They only care about "MONEY" Not "HUMANS" These termites are in my food, shower, they crawl in my bed, on my ceiling, crawling on my clothes inside of the closets, kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom I barely been a resident here 2 months and you can see for yourself "videos" proof. I can't cook, can't buy food due to the termites attach everything in the kitchen. It's embarrassing when i have guess over. So that I can have back my peace of mind, feel comfortable again, i'm breaking/discontinuing my lease, moving out on the 29th of this month. My short s

I have lived at Harper Grove for almost 3 years now and I absolutely love it! The community is beautiful, the apartments are stunning, and the staff are phenomenal. The Property Manager, Luis, is extremely friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure our community is an exceptional place to live in. I would highly recommend this community to family and friends. 10/10!

A very beautiful condominium, the apartment is gorgeous, but the key difference that convinced me to apply was the fantastic service from Ms. Hilda! Super friendly, attentive, and committed to doing her best for us! It was a great joy to have my application approved so quickly, we are eagerly awaiting our moving day!

You will be truly unhappy if you move in here. A resident for 13 months, and the folks in the office are absolutely terrible. The reviews are all fake. Kids are out of control on the property, the turnover rate for apartments are almost 30 days or less. Fire alarms go off constantly, with no notification from management or anything therefore after on what’s happening. The hallways are dirty, and they only maintain the area close to the model. The gates are broken, homeless people living in the hallways as well. Valet trash is a joke, and people constantly leave their NASTY garbage in the hallways, or stairwells to the point where there are maggots. No matter how many times you tell the office, they will ignore all the complaints. I called the office because trash was sitting in the hallway

Been living here for 2 months and never had any issue. Seen maybe 2 bugs the 1st week when my place was empty that were already dead cause the pest control is working (it’s Florida there’s bugs). The gym is very nice. Hallways and Carpet are kept clean. I will say the upstairs neighbor can be loud at times I wish I got the 4th floor but that’s not on the place itself. Overall amazing well maintained place! Santiago and Andrea are great!
