Harper Estates - Southern Homes

I've been in my new home for a little over a month and I love it!! Southern homes not only helped make buying/building my home possible they we always there to answer questions. The builder Brad called every Friday and kept me updated on everything going on with my house and even finished months early! The warranty team is just as amazing. Bethany is very knowledgeable and personable and is always available. I can't say enough about her. I highly recommend Southern Homes to anyone looking to buy or build a home. Thank you, Southern home team.

I have had a terrible experience with the builder. Our lawn was dead by the time we closed and the builder did not take accountability for this issue. Additionally, we had mice in our home and the builder is not responsive. Southern Homes prides itself in customer satisfaction but my experience has been the complete opposite. I have already reached out to customer service and even spoke to a manager who made empty promises. I am extremely disappointed that Southern Homes doesn't consider MICE to be an issue in their new homes. Please beware before you sign.

My house is beautiful! Our house was done right on time every Friday we got a call from the builder with updates we were kept well informed all through the end. I am so happy in my new home I want to thank all the staff they are awesome! Especially Virginia she was always there for me when I had questions she was polite, caring and understanding her positive attitude put me at ease many times. THANK YOU SOUTHERN HOMES!

Customer service need some big improvements here. Virginia appears to be dishonest. Everybody points fingers that everybody else. They're going to take money from you one way or another, And they don't know how to communicate. Avoid at all costs
