Ms.Lewis and her staff are very thorough and thoughtful by making a small welcome basket upon move in. I appreciate the small gestures and the maintenance crew are very nice. I’m glad i decided to move here!

Fantastic office and maintenance staff! I submitted a non-emergency maintenance request over the weekend and they responded the following workday. And then the office called to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. They also keep everyone informed via texts on any property issues.

I've been having problems with my faucet in my bathroom and the new maintenance tech came over and fixed everything within thirty minutes. Outstanding job and very professional. Thank you, I appreciate it. I also want to give a shout out to our absolutely gorgeous Landlord. She is just as beautiful as she is professional and gets things done when she says she will. She definitely stands on business. There is nothing i've brought to her attention that she hasn't fixed within a matter of weeks, sometimes even days. I plan to be here for quite some time and she makes everything very comfortable. I appreciate yall. Thank you

They have been really good about helping me...maintenence recently replaced my dish washer seemed like overnight ..I'm really happy and thankful how they listen and resolve my issues. The office has always listened and tried to resolve any issues I may have or ask I return in a little while if busy I've never been turned away or been rude too. Thank you Georgetown for making me feel heard And cared for.

Regarding my work order requested on December 31, 2025, the maintenance worker was unable to repair the stove because the electrical connection is broken due to rust and age. This could cause a short circuit in the burner and result in serious injury. The maintenance worker did what he could, but he lacks the necessary materials to complete the repair. The responsibility for safety in case of an accident now rests with you.
