Harmony Plaza II Apartments

Let me be the first to tell you that you’re getting what you pay for. This place is infested to the brim with roaches it’s actually insane. No matter what method you try they are gonna find the way into your place and onto all your stuff. This was my first apartment and I intentionally didn’t buy furniture for my living room and kitchen cuz of the big roach problem. Ive had nights where I wake up cuz I feel them crawling on me. If you want my opinion the neighborhood is quiet somewhat but you’re gonna be room mating with roaches. Also not to mention the drain fly issues in the summer. I missed my last 60 day notice for the year of 2024 but was able to move this year in 2025. My advice for you is if you’re gonna live here be prepared to fight off roaches from the day you move in.

this is not a proper place to live. the wood in the apartments is rotten, apparently when someone leaves they will only hide the problems in the apartment, affecting the next person who moves in. Air conditioner never work properly, carpet never changed, apartments not fumigated which creates good habitat for roaches. These apartments are in very poor condition. I have always paid on time, but these apartments are not worth the price. I do not recommend it!!!!!

Would have been great but they have a lot of broken air conditioners and heating systems they taking their sweet time fixing it. Other than that they are great apartments. They keep of the landscape, they repair things quickly. If you move here make sure your heating and air works. Mine did but it stopped working and they haven't fixed it yet.

The apartments have mice Roaches and spider problem. My ceiling in the kitchen has been leaking since I moved in. Brandon told me it would be fixed before I moved in and it never was. I had mice more then one in my apartment and it took them 9 days to come do anything about it and it was after I emailed them a picture of a mouse I killed myself. This place is ghetto. It’s has always been.

I am giving 5 stars to this location because of the benevolent STAFF ONLY. I was having a Very bad day. Mr. Alexander handled me with so much care, which I truly needed at the time. Plus I was approved in like an hour or so. The Complex I had to choose because there was no other choices for me.
