Harmony Plaza I & II Apartments

I lived there for 2 months no heat or air. Office staff LADIES was disrespectful and talked about my personal domestic violence situation in front of other residents. Roaches were crawling in my bed, refrigerator.RATS everywhere. homeless sitting and sleeping in front of my door.They falsely accused me of having the maintenance man living with me and placed security outside my apt for weeks all day and night I was harassed and force to move out of fear....DO NOT RENT FROM THEM it was a NIGHTMARE!!

This was the worst choice I have ever made to live in my life! They are charging me after I have already moved in! These people from the office won't leave me alone! I will soon file a lawsuit against them because they are charging me unfairly. I have always paid on time and in advance. And since I stayed a few months after the end of my lease, these disorganized people continue to charge me as if the apartment was occupied. I have been out of there for a long time and I have proof that everything was paid correctly. Be careful with this disorganized office!

I have been a resident since 1993. I love my place. The new management is Awesome. I love ❤ them. They have events for the residents every month. I won a turkey for Thanksgiving. Thank You Harmony Plaza.

The office staff is attentive, professional and kind. Sarah was so wonderful and professional, she let me know what I had to do and followed through. I could see that she really cared about her residents. Maintence is rapildly responsive as well. They deserve high kudos! Thank you!

My experience in these apartments has been horrible and frustrating since I paid my deposit. My move in date was pushed back 3 times which I should’ve just ran then, found to rats in my apartment within the two weeks of living here. Had to catch them myself because they chose not to come by and help took two more weeks for them to fill all the holes they were coming from. They have a bad roach problem. Now I’ve got a leak coming into my kitchen from upstairs for over two weeks now still no one has came to fix the matter or check out the problem, but putting the work order in as complete so they are seeing them.This has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had . You go by the office the door is locked and when you call no one answers.
