Harmony Heights

I have lived here for over two and a half years now, and I absolutely love it. It's quiet, and the property is beautiful. Management and Maintenance are always responsive and get things taken care of promptly. Shout out to Tosh; he almost always shows up immediately after submitting a maintenance request and always calls you to let you know when he will be there to fix the issue. I also appreciate the effort the new management company has made to host community events, allowing residents to get to know one another and the staff. The door prizes (I won a 70" TV!) offered at these events really let your residents know how much you value them. The only complaint I have is the sometimes-faulty internet that is included in the rent. I work from home quite often, and the internet outages happen

We moved here a month ago, and the process from beginning to current has been wonderful. The office staff is extremely helpful and always friendly. Maintenance is on top of any issue that may arise, and makes sure that all your needs are met, and it is so peaceful and relaxing here. Our apartment is spacious and has more of a “home” vibe than a standard apartment. We opted for an upgraded apartment and it is totally worth it. I find myself recommending this place to our friends and family that are considering a change because we know that they are going to be welcomed and extremely pleased with their new home!

Where to even begin…. This place has gone down hill fast this past year. Since the new owners took over this whole place has become a dump. I think all these photos say plenty enough. It’s been over 2 weeks now and no one has emptied the dog poop trash. This isn’t the first time this has gone on this long, it started this summer (pictures are attached) October 24th 2024 oh and not to mention that the pool is still full (picture included) and is a disgusting green color. There has been thrown out carpet rolls sitting on this deck all summer long. Water then heat so smells lovely walking by it along with the dog poop piling up in the trash bin. Beyond outdated apartments but want to overprice everyone. Brand new windows but yet they leak in cold air during the winter and don’t get me started

The maintenance guys are always so kind, and funny! They were throwing out some items and let us look at them and even helped us move some chairs to our apartment! Now we have matching chairs instead of folding chairs lol! Thank you so much!

Harmony Heights has been a welcoming place!! The management team and the maintenance crew are amazing. They are helpful and made moving in smooth! Once moved in, maintenance has fixed the couple issues we had fast and professionally! I really love the quality of the buildings! The walls and floors are thick lol. There are some things with the upgrades that didn’t get upgraded, like the counter tops that is a little sad. But over all, I am happy! I just ended up paying more than expected, the hidden fees and the utilities are a little unclear. But I will figure it out. 😃
