Me and my family has been blessed with a place to call home — we were not stable for sometime due to different circumstances and Harmon Hills is now called “Home”. These people are in the business of scamming you out of your money. I saw an ad for a efficiency apt 1 bed 1 bath $599, once there they says are you aware you share kitchen! NO it is not stated anywhere on their ad. Then They offer me a $700 1 bed 1 bath w/ kitchen let me see it an all. I agreed. put my app in paid $55 app fee $7.95 cc fee, and $200 holding fee. When I completed the app the unit they showed me was not there, I called them and was advised just to choose any they will correct it later... Well guess what... now they say they have no $700 apt only $845 - I cannot afford this, but because I paid a holding fee and they are denying their SCAM of course, They are not giving me my holding deposit back. They do not return my calls and their email is set up in a way you cannot emai

Stephanie Burrell is probably one of the nicest easy-going people that I’ve dealt with in all the apartments I have dealt with. She listens to the residents. As for the complex, since the new management, they have vastly impoverished their responsiveness to repair issues and made improvements in the laundry rooms by fixing all broken washers.

Really calm and nice complex. From the office staff to maintenance they are all nice and profesional. Jose is one of the best maintenance tech! Hes always profesional and on time! :)
