Harland Property Management

I have been pleasantly impressed by the openness of communication and the attention to detail. I lived in a high-rise condo managed by this firm and recently moved out due to relocation. From move-in the staff at Harland was professional, informative and resolved our issues while we lived in the building in a timely manner. They accommodated my busy schedule when needed and have fully refunded my deposit 5 days after I moved out. Simply put if I owed a property in San Diego Harland would be managing it.

We rented a condo in a complex managed by Harland Management for 4 years before buying our new home. Erica, the onsite manager was great and went out of her way on several occasions to assist us with maintenance requests. Overall, the complex was always well maintained and the staff was always present, more than I can say for some of the other properties we have lived in over the years. I have recommend them to friends who have rental needs and will continue to do so.

They are a great property management company, We were using another company to manage our rental properties and they weren't doing there job! So we found these guys, They have been honest, upfront and great to work with. We had a unit flood and they took care of promptly and even after hours. I would recommend them to anyone in the San Diego Area.
