CONTINUOUS MISTAKES, BLOOPERS AND BLUNDERS I hired Mark Harkins in 2014 to manage my family's commercial industrial property In Orange City, with 22 units. For starters to clarify, they do not do background checks on prospective tenants, and they do not copy driver's licenses or require social security numbers.
