Stephen sold us a home in Euless. I needed some renovation done before I moved in. His team came in and painted the house, installed new floors, added quartz countertops and added epoxy floors to my garage. It looks great! 10/10 would recommend working with Stephen!

Stephen's team does a great job. I’m a repeat customer for them. 1st home sold in 2021 needed some modest repairs and he took care of it at a very reasonable cost. The home sold quickly and at the asking price. 2nd home sold in 2025 was for an estate sale and needed a lot of work. His group took care of everything (new roof, all new appliances, all new HVAC units, building retain walls for backyard with a new deck and more). This was a high end home and they did a quality job. I highly recommend and will use them for the next home I buy or sell.

I would HIGHLY recommend working with this group. We worked with Stephen when we first bought our house back in 2018 and he was a terrific buying agent. We started the process with him without any real intention of buying, yet he was willing to invest the time to show us houses and inform us of the buying process. When we ended up buying, he supported us along the way. Even after buying, 2-3 months after, my wife had an issue with a water pipe while I was travelling and she called Stephen for help. He quickly showed up at our house and solved the issue. That proves Stephen truly does go above and beyond. In 2021 we relocated away from the US and sold our house. We did not think twice about it and called Stephen to be our selling agent. We were not even in the US during the selling process

Stephen had been very diligent in helping me buy a house. We worked together for more than 6 months before we could finally close on one. He has been very responsive and quick to schedule appointments when necessary and do showings. In the process he worked on putting up offers on multiple listings and trying to strike up a deal. He is also able to provide some quick tips about the condition of the house because of his construction background. He warned against one of the houses we liked because of foundation issues which he spotted. I would recommend Stephen in the home finding and buying process as he has good knowledge and is able to answer whatever questions you might have.
