I really loved living here, very quiet and it’s nice being close to campus. However DO NOT RENT FROM A GUY NAMED KENNETH!!! I saw the comments about him but was assured by Michelle (property manager) that he was a nice guy and not to listen to what people say. She was wrong!!! He didn’t want to give me back my deposit when I had left the apartment in better condition than when I had received it!! When I showed him proof that he was wrong he threatened me (when legally he had no standing) and was trying to scare me into not demanding my deposit back. The complex was great, but would definitely recommend NOT RENTING FROM KENNETH. If you do, be prepared to document everything and possibly go to court.

I lived here for 3 years (2018-2021) while I was a grad student and enjoyed my time. It's a pretty basic apartment, but it had what we needed, and I thought it to be for a reasonable price. I felt safe in the immediate area. It was a perfect distance to shopping, and an easy commute to UA. I don't remember problems with noise, but you'll hear the faint sound of the train in the distance. Michelle was easy to work with a responded to any work orders efficiently.

The apartment manager is one of the kindest, accommodating people I've met. She made our transition to Tuscaloosa an easy one. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. My family spends lots of time pool side enjoying the beautiful weather. Anything that needs repaired is done so in a timely manner. We have truly enjoyed our time here.

My son lived here for 1 1/2 years. We were very pleased. Michelle, the manager, is easy to work with. We had no issues of any kind, and are only leaving because I bought a property in Northport.

I love the cats in the neighborhood but very often they will do loud yard work very early in the morning. The yard is very kept but if there are any problems inside your apartment you’d be better off fixing it yourself. The cats are the only reason I’m still here . They are CONSTANTLY doing yard work so if you like peace and quiet this is not the place
