Harborwalk Apartments

I’ve lived here at Harborwalk for a couple years now and I can’t say enough about how fantastic my time here as a resident has been so far. Property management is so obviously dedicated to ensuring the best possible experience for each resident, and Deana and her team are quickly/efficiently responsive when called upon. The apartment homes are stylishly well-appointed, as are the shared community spaces, and the location along the waterfront is unique and can’t be beat, especially during the warmer months - added bonus is the warm reception that well-behaved pups of all shapes and sizes receive! This is a very nice place to live, with no shortage of amenities, and friendly dedicated staff who clearly enjoy what they do here.

Living at Harborwalk has honestly been wonderful from the start. The location couldn’t be better. I get to enjoy ocean views every day, including the beautiful Seaside Grace Trail, which is steps from my door. Downtown Plymouth is just a few minutes away. It’s the perfect mix of relaxing by the water and having great restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. The whole community has a really friendly vibe. The grounds always look great, and the amenities are super well kept. My apartment is quiet, comfortable, and modern and feels like home. Harborwalk hosts many different weekly activities as well. My experience living in harborwalk has been excellent. Everyone is extremely friendly, the area is very safe, and the amenities are well maintained and up-to-date. Our apartment is quiet and we feel at home here. There's so much to do in the area and being so close to the ocean is unbeatable. We are very happy with our decision and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I have lived at Harborwalk since January 2024. Matt was the leasing consultant I worked with at that time and he was wonderful! The maintenance supervisor (Giuseppe) and the rest of the staff are amazing and timely with their response. I have been impressed with the amenities of the complex as well as my apartment itself. I love being close to Cordage Park and Untold Brewery as an added bonus!

Living at Harborwalk has been nothing short of amazing! Being so close to the ocean and just minutes away from downtown Plymouth, the location truly couldn’t be better—we get the best of both worlds with seaside views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The Harborwalk team has been absolutely incredible from day one. From management to maintenance, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and well taken care of.
