DON'T DO IT!! I'm mad mad mad, no, sad sad sad! I was so happy to move here and walk 2 blocks to work. Everything changed immediately when I realized the apartments are 50% section 8. These people are NEEDY!!! You can't walk out of your apt without being asked for something. Every single day! They're messy and polute the surrounding areas and add a very scary aspect to what i thought was going to be a lovely experience of professional people enjoying life. Just look at the residents faces, it tells the whole story!! They're sorry they moved here!!!

Harborview Apartments offer a great community in San Diego’s Prime Real Estate area. Their layouts are spacious and generous for the price. Their units feature all renovated amenities within the apartment and in their shared common areas like a gorgeous rooftop pool and a decent fitness gym that is open 24 hours. The fact that each unit comes with a parking spot is a nice touch that is rarely found in apartment leases anymore. One of my favorite features about this apartment complex is the Hot Water- there is nothing like an amazing hot shower that is not time sensitive and lasts like the Energizer Bunny. Finally, the maintenance staff here are phenomenal and resolve the issue within the same day. As a resident you definitely feel appreciated and seen. Very clean community and safe. I high

Juan the maintenance guy for Harborview is amazing!! Always quick to respond and so very helpful when I need help with anything around the apartment. He does a great job, is very friendly and makes sure all concerns are addressed.

I wanted to give myself a week before writing a review for this new property I just moved into, and it’s safe to say I’ve been enjoying it greatly. The office team is super friendly and always willing to answer any questions. Not to mention, the maintenance team has been very professional and does a fantastic job keeping the property clean and in great condition. Coming from another Irvine property, I’m happy to say that Harborview is by far my favorite.

Lydia and Ryan are the best and have been very helpful to me in the year that I've lived here. It's an older building downtown so expected to have minor things that happen but they do their best to resolve issues and maintenance issues promptly. I chose this place to be close to Seaport Village which is my favorite place to take my dog, and it's nice to be walking distance to everything you need for downtown living. I just renewed my lease for another year. I have enjoyed calling this place home.
