Harbor Management

I live in a two bedroom townhouse at River Valley Village in Maine. The harbor management team is friendly and polite.If you need maintenance done to your unit a work order is made up that day.Also all of the maintenance team is respectful of you and your home. Their is a basketball court for the bigger kids,and a playground with fairly new equipment for the smaller kids. Also there is kid friendly things to do at the office put on by the service coordinator. As you can see the living room and the master bedroom have plenty of room to put all your stuff

I am more than grateful for the amazing service I received from Harbor Management, but most importantly from Katherine. She paid attention to every one of my request and made sure I received just what I was looking for. Thanks to Katherine, my babies and I have a lovely place to call home in little to no time. She was available at all hours for any questions or concerns that I had; I have not received such exceptional service from any other management company before. I 100% recommend their apartments for anyone looking. They are clean; their apartments are brand new and beautiful. They are a true blessing (especially Katherine) and I whole-heartedly give them 5 stars.

My mom lived in one of the apartments for a few years. They always answered her questions and concerns. Harbor properties always provided someone that spoke Spanish to my mom which made communication easy. Katherine was always very helpful, friendly and attentive to my mom. Thanks Katherine for being so helpful and being there for my mom when she needed help.

We are very pleased with the support from Harbor Management, especially from our building manager Irma. She is easy to work with and follows up on all the little details. I just relocated my business, Atlantic Hearing Care, to a larger space in the same building. Irma made it very easy!!
