Harbor Classic Homes

I don't even know where to begin. And to be fair, a lot of the issues we encountered wasn't entirely Harbor Classic Home's fault, it had to do with the contractor they hired. But, it should be up to them to verify the contractors work. They admitted that they did not and "they feel ashamed." of the shotty work that was done. Some of this also falls on the town building inspector, but that's a different story.... First, our house was supposed to be done and ready to move in and closing was penciled in for May of 2021. Then pushed to June. And continued to be pushed out. At that point, we had already moved out of our original home and pretty much homeless for a few months. Contractor kept dragging his feet to finish the little things before getting occupancy permit from the town. Ha

Harbor Classic homes put my life in a tail spin. If I could give no stars I would. Last May 15th I was suppose to move in at Harmony place condominiums . Due to no fault of mine I had to back out of the deal. The Builder Mr.Ron Koivou and company had me put my house on the market and sell by a certain date to move in last May. Now it is all most 1 year from that awful experience that we had to go thru with that company. As it stands today no one has moved into any of the units the complex. As a concerned resident I think it's time he comes Coco with some answers to why he can't deliver on his promise to build this community like he said he was going to do. 0 Stars

We are so happy that we chose Harbor Classic Homes to build our first house. Ron was very understanding and more than generous with us. As far as our site superintendent Glenn Lemieux, we could not ask for a more patient, helpful, professional person from day one, yes “day one”. Glenn and Harbor Classic Homes helped us feel comfortable while navigating us through building our house. Glenn was our point person, which was great-be ready to answer his questions, since the house was built <4months. Working with Glenn and Manny our house quickly transitioned into our home, as they made our crazy ideas a reality. Both Glenn and Manny are unbelievable, we cannot thank them enough for their hard work. If you are looking to built a house, we highly recommend Harbor Classic Homes; ask for Glen

I highly recommend if you are looking to build a new home that you find another builder because we had the worst experience with Harbor Classic Homes. The craftsmanship is just not there and the project management was down right awfull. We were promised 6" of loam and seed and what we got was more like fill which contained glass, wire and rocks , our yard is horrible after a year and a half. As soon as we closed the builder got his money and we have yet to hear from him. A majority of my neighbors have all had similar experiences with the builder as well and I just cannot believe that this builder wouldn't want to build a quality home and be proud of his work.

We had a great experience with Harbor Classic Homes. This is the third house we have built and none of the others come close to the quality and care that went into this house. Out of a group of stellar people, three really stand out: Ron, Glenn and John. We built from the ground up and Ron made sure I did not do something stupid with how the front looked right from the first meeting. I cannot say enough good things about Glenn: he is the Site Supervisor and took my odd ideas and turned them into something spectacular. When he talks, I listen and the results speak for themselves. Our house is light, airy, energy efficient and comfortable. They did all this in spite of me having them scratching their heads a lot in the beginning. I have my separate laundry room and enclosed powder room, w
