Hanover Turtle Creek

I had such an amazing experience touring Hanover Turtle Creek thanks to David! From the moment I walked in, he was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the property. He took his time answering all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire tour. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and very well maintained. The amenities are top-tier, and the overall atmosphere feels upscale yet inviting. David really highlighted what makes this community stand out and made it easy to picture myself living there. If you’re considering moving here, definitely ask for David. He goes above and beyond to provide a great experience and truly cares about helping you find the right home. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went to tour the apartments. We loved absolutely LOVED the unit!. It was beautiful!!! We were definitely loving everything that is included as far as amenities go and super impressed they had concierge service! The lady (Kristen I think) was super sweet and very welcoming! Overall great experience with the tour and complex.

Originally deleted the 1 star review that I left as the building did actively fix a lot of the listed issues like broken ev chargers, chaotic mail room and now working tvs in the common areas. This has lead to a needed improvement in the quality of life aspect of living here. Concierge and the maintenance have been amazing as well. There are still issues that need attention and some may be out of the buildings control but are worth noting. Construction is still making everyone cars in the garage extremely dirty which is a bit frustrating. Some residents don’t clean up after their dog in the dog park when the building has 2 poop bag stations that are almost always stocked so many more enforcement is needed there to keep it clean. My husband and I have been living here since the middle of July and we have totally enjoyed our new apartment. Hanover Turtle Creek is a beautiful place to live. It seems like an expensive hotel with the amazing pool area and absolutely stunning common areas (decor is lovely). I have a gym membership but find myself using the gym here. Saves travel time and has everything I need. But the people who work here make this apartment building feel like home. Everyone, from the valet, to the concierge, maintenance, and office staff, has made us feel so welcome. I am always greeted with a smile, an open door, a dog treat for my dog, and offers of help. Everyone is friendly and always has time for a kind word. Thank you!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about living here! Omar and the entire concierge/valet team consistently go above and beyond in ways that truly make a difference in everyday life. They’ve helped me track down lost packages more times than I can count, Omar has even stepped in to help carry heavy bags out of my car when the bell cart wasn’t available. That level of attentiveness and willingness to help is rare. But what really sets them apart is how they treat people. They remember small details, listen when you speak, and always greet you with genuine kindness and respect.
