Hanover Preston Hollow

I recently toured Hanover Preston Hollow, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The building is beautiful, the furnishings are high-end, and the apartments themselves are truly stunning. Every person I interacted with was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The amenities were outstanding, the pool, common areas, and gym were all amazing. Everything felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It’s the kind of place that instantly feels like home, and I’m definitely considering making it my next one. I also want to give a shoutout to Eneida, who truly made the experience exceptional. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her knowledge of the property is unmatched, and she went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered and every detail was covered.

I had a great tour of the Hanover Preston Hollow, and the building truly impressed me. The design, finishes, and amenities are modern, stylish, and thoughtfully planned, making it stand out right away. Even more impressive was the customer service—the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive throughout the tour. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that made the community feel both high-end and comfortable.

This building isn’t worth half of what they charge. I paid a premium for this unit because they advertised excellent amenities, high-end finishes, and professional staff. That’s the only reason I was comfortable paying above comparable buildings in the area. When I moved in, I immediately found a hole in my bathtub that had caused flooding, a rusty screw on the floor, and open cracks in the wall leading to who knows where. On top of that, the amenities repeatedly failed to open on the dates promised, every week the opening was pushed back. When they finally did open, most of them didn’t even work properly. I’ve been living here for only about a month. As someone who looks at reviews I wanted to leave my bit here after having lived here for 4 weeks. I have had good experience living here thus far. The apartments are quiet, no noise issues. Parking is plenty, concierge is attentive, package room is clean and organized. Management has been responsive to any needs/requests. Maintenance team has a quick turn around time and respectful. The apartments are well constructed. Like all newly constructed buildings there are some missing items (like missing door stopper, minor cosmetic stuff) - but this was promptly addressed when work ticket was placed. I have not yet actually used any of the amenities thus far so I cannot comment on that part but they are open for access.

Living at Hanover has been an excellent experience. The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities—like the gym, pool, and common areas—are always well-maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and main roads. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the management team is professional and attentive. The community is safe and quiet, making it a great place to live. I highly recommend Hanover to anyone looking for high-quality, comfortable living.
