i loved staying here. yes, its only partially furnished which was a bit of a challenge, but the view and amenities made it all worth it. i found there to be a sufficient amount of storage for me to put all of my things away. the bathroom was big. theres an ice maker in the freezer. the fitness room is fantasic, with lots of equipment and two peloton bikes. the pool is very nice and usually warm, perfect for stretching muscles and water aerobics. i loved to sit out on the patio and read, there are grills as well. there is a big laundry room (about $3 a load which is genuinely ludicrous). a theater, pool room, and reading room. the lobby area is very nice with a coffee bar and nice seating. soundproofing was quite good, i felt it was quiet enough. pets are allowed, i couldn't hear them too m

It’s been years since I found a place I really loved. This apartment was my absolute favorite and it was really difficult to leave it. Most apartments force you into a yr lease and this was fantastic that I could do 3 or 6 months. It was very quiet on my floor. The view was fantastic and all the amenities made the cost worth it. There were a few things that I wish were better such as there is no where to walk besides the coop given the location but that’s really not a deal breaker. There is no oven which is pretty limiting in cooking and every door opens by phone app only which means it’s not always smooth. It took me 5xs to lock the door everyday as it just wouldn’t lock immediately. It’s mostly furnished which was perfect for me. I hardly needed to buy much to move in. I found the staff

Close to Dartmouth hospital and Co-op grocery store. Rooms are decent but rent is quite high for the space. The pool and gym facilities are also good perks.

My wife and I stayed here for 10 weeks on a business project nearby. It was a great facility for longer short term stays. It has a very well equipped gym, salt water pool, large laundry facilities, and even a rec room with a giant screen movie room with theater style recliners. In the other part of the rec room is a pool table. And grills outside. Fantastic stay!!

It was a very quiet place, with very amenities being offered. The only issue I have is the air quality. 9 months I had to change my ait purifier filter 3 times and was constantly dusting this blue lint off of everything.
