Emerson Place

I have been living at Emerson for 8 months now. The apartments are amazing, but what really stands out is the community and management. I want to shout out Abbey, the property manager, personally as she always goes above and beyond to help fix any issues that may arise to ensure that the apartment and building is operating up to standard. She is always there to help with a smile at the utmost professionalism, and I never have to question if my concerns will be corrected if she is on the case. She also has gone the extra length to show love for all the pets around the community including my own which is a major plus. The beautiful apartment space, combined with Abbey’s management leadership, are the reasons why I will be resigning my lease for years to come at Emerson.

Have been living at Emerson Place Apartments for the past 7 months. It has been so refreshing coming home from work to a place where people feel like family/ community. Everyone is invested in your well being and happiness. At the heart of the place is Abbey- the manager! No request is too big for her. She always goes above and beyond to make sure anything that needs to be done is done in a timely manner. She remembers the small things, like when you mentioned you are sick and checks in on you. And she always has extra pets and treats for all the pups! A truly remarkable place led by remarkable management. Can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for their next home!

One thing I really appreciate about living here is how quickly Eric responds when something needs attention in the apartment. He is prompt, professional, and always does a very thorough job. It makes living here much easier knowing issues are taken seriously and resolved well.

My family and I toured Emerson Place today, and we were thoroughly impressed. The apartments are beautiful—well-maintained, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. What really made the experience stand out was Abbey, who gave us the tour. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions with patience and clarity, and really made us feel welcome. It’s clear that she cares about the people coming through the door. If you’re considering a new place to call home, I highly recommend checking out Emerson Place—and ask for Abbey!

Eric, our maintenance guy is wonderful! Does an excellent job and always leaves the work area clean. He's very polite and curious when he services our apartment.
