Hanover Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The property is well maintained, the common areas are clean, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The apartments themselves are comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. One of the biggest highlights has been the management. Corrynne, the property manager, is friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about residents. She communicates clearly, follows through on concerns, and makes the entire leasing and living experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, this is a well-run community that feels safe and welcoming. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place where management truly makes a difference.

Do not move in here! Unfortunate because the staff has been wonderful. Corrynne is doing the best she can every day and is truly wonderful! She is the ONLY reason it is not one star. But one word ROACHES. We have had a roach problem since June it is now December. No matter how many treatments we get which means constantly clearing out all of your storage places biweekly they will not going away and seem to get worse with every treatment. 6 MONTHS our kitchen has been unsanitary and unusable. Put the money you would spend in replacing food, eating out, and sanitation into getting a sanitary place to live. They refuse to release you from your lease and return the security deposit no matter that it is unlawful to force clean tenants to stay in a roach infested building. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NO

Corrynne (Property Manager) and Kody (Maintenance Manager) have been amazing! Since they took over, the property has been cleaner, friendlier, and much more professional. They’re always helpful, quick to respond, and go above and beyond to take care of tenants. Because of their hard work, this community has greatly improved, and I’ll continue renewing my lease knowing we have such an awesome team managing where we live!

Stove didnt work,fridge full of bugs,place full of kinds bugs,and (they still had to pay for fee that broke the lease)They were barely in there for a month.and the manager said THEY had to find the maitance guy to take care of things..legally un-livable!!! When THEY were shown a pretty unit, and got a horrible living conditions!!

I just moved from The Hanover and have lived here for 3 plus years. I would say the manager Misty was the most helpful and responsive to any and all questions, and or requests quickly. Always walking the property, picking up bits of trash and just being present. Always a great attitude! The maintenance person Bob was right on time always! Promptly addressing any issues quickly, and professionally! The neighbors around me, always nice and quiet. I would rent again at The Hanover! I consider both Misty and Bob, over the top in customer service! Thank you Hanover for my enjoyable stay in a clean,secure and quiet complex. I'll be visiting you both again! Also, I wouldn't have moved except for the fact my 88 yr father is in need of live in care and made decision to move and help him.
