Wish I could give them 10 🌟 Living at Hanover at 8th Apartments has been nothing short of amazing. The building is always clean, modern, and well-maintained. The amenities are top-tier, and the management team Bianca, Jaylen, Emma, Camrya, Aliana is professional, responsive, and truly cares about residents’ comfort. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly by Gavin and Louise. The staff always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the location is perfect—close to everything I need with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. I am writing to share how much I enjoy living at Hanover 8th Street Apartments. It is truly the best place to reside, and I have been so impressed by the experience here. The leasing staff’s professionalism is outstanding and should be studied and mimicked by all other properties. They have consistently gone above and beyond for anything I have asked or required for myself and my daughter, Kaliyah. Additionally, the maintenance staff works continuously to ensure that the upkeep of the property and our apartments remains immaculate. The decor is top-tier and beautifully maintained. The Christmas decor, in particular, was whimsical and amazing to sit and look at. I also find the different gatherings hosted for the residents to be spectacular. My spouse and I walked in to get information about the property and were greeted by genuinely kind people. Camryn gave us a tour, and we also spoke with Mary, both were fantastic. They had such a positive energy and communicated so well that we immediately felt welcomed. We really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and are seriously considering this place. The modern touches, and the idea of having a theater to invite family in? Absolutely awesome.

Jaylin (LA) and, Bianca (PM) are the best! Jaylin made me feel welcomed and took her time to help me and answer my questions to the best of her knowledge (she is funny too)! Bianca made sure she personally followed up with me and retuned my call in a friendly and knowledgeable manner (Bianca is the amazing, you can tell she knows her stuff and communicates well)! They are the reason I considered this community! Update : So I moved in 3 days ago and was told incorrect information concerning the move in process and how close the railroad was to my apartment ( my apartment wasn’t ready when I toured it, so I only saw a video, but I was explicitly told that I was not in eyesight of the tracks. This was important to me because I work from home and conduct confidential meetings regularly). On

Hanover is a great community, and an amazing place to live. Not only is it affordable, but it is well-maintained by the best maintenance staff/team I have ever interacted with, and it has an extremely nice team handling leasing and customer service. This is especially true for Aliana, who has always gone above and beyond - even helping me with an issue after hours when she did not have to do it! The whole team is wonderful, and they give a personal touch that you do not see in any other apartment building!
