I’ve lived here for about three years and have really enjoyed it overall. There have been some issues — for example, our washing machine was broken for months — but nothing that made us seriously consider leaving until now. I don’t mind the added cost, but the new mandatory valet trash system feels like a punishment for residents who have always disposed of trash properly. Being required to use the cheap, low‑quality plastic trash can provided and keep it sitting in the hallway has made the building feel less clean. I also don’t like being told when I’m allowed to take my trash out after managing it responsibly for years. This policy has significantly changed our experience here. Very poorly managed. Packages have been stolen multiple times, management encourages drug traffic in the parking lots, and all rooms and hallway vents are filled with cigarette smell from residents smoking inside the buildings. Management does not care to fix any issues, and encourages the activity. Highly advise against living here

Do NOT move here! They are money hungry and care nothing about your apartment home or surroundings. Neighbors are loud. You feel drafts in the window because of poor installation and cheap build. Stolen packages, broken appliances for weeks, getting purses snatched in the parking lot, break-ins in the parking lot, dog poop everywhere and the list goes on. You are not safe or happy here.

Anthony Mason is one of the best maintenance Supervisor...He always polite and consistently follows through on everything he assign and many things he is not..Always willing to help a fellow resident out..thanks hiring the right person ..he is so great

The office staff, Anthony and Brandon all do their best to make sure residents are taken care of but you can tell they’re working with limited resources and aren’t able to fix easy issues, such as security, because of ownership
