Their Hannah Realty Advisors - maintenance (LP) department is terrible, came in fixed and replaced parts, evaporator … just 9 months we call 3 times urgent service and told they only offer one year warranty - This is not reliable company and unprofessional.
Be sure to be present for walk thru of property when moving out. Ryan Hannay will charge you for damages that either didn't happen at all or were there before you moved in. Terrible management.
I don't recommend those guys at all. Slow and unprofessional team. Called to ask about avaliable property after provide them with the property address they could not locate it on their side. Despite they promised to call back sooner but they never called.
