Hampton Lake

Hampton Lakes is one of the most peaceful and friendly communities in Bluffton. The people are amazing. The amenities are great too! I wish they stayed open longer like the poolside bars and such, other than that it is beautiful. Great gym and stunning sun rise and sun sets! This place will always have a piece of my heart ❤️

Great Location. Fantastic amenities center. Adults pool also. Restaurant and pool bar.... Paradise! Man made beach and swim lagoon, Cafe and second pool.... what more do you need! Oh..... boats and pontoons for hire. Kayaks to use ...... the list goes on. Community at its best!

This is an interesting concept community. In an area of golf communities, this is a lake community. The "lake" isn't much of one, however, as it was originally designed as a golf community but they dug out the fairways and so you have what are basically a series of narrow canals with some ponds thrown in for good measure. There's no jet skis or power boating, pontoons operating at no more than idle speed are the limit. Still, if you want a waterfront property (maybe with a view of new apartments going up) you can get it, and enjoy some quiet fishing or kayaking. If you're building here, go in with your eyes open. The amenities aren't bad and are reasonably well kept, although there is concern among residents that there's not enough capacity to accommodate the continual number of home

Looking at houses....this place is CROWDED and the houses are on top of each other....need something from your neighbor?...just reach out the window and have them hand it to you. Their price per square foot and HOA Fees are outrageous compared to some of the finer communities in the area, and they don't even have a golf course.

I visited family and am very impressed with the area. The amenities are tremendously satisfying to both youth and adults. The homes are beautiful. The area is lovely and conducive to outdoor activities.
