Hampton Hall Apartments

Do you love sleeping, eating, cooking, with cockroaches? If yes, you'll love it here they are baked in the walls, and the office is doing virtually nothing. Sure, maintenance is good and pest control comes every week, but this doesn't change the damn bugs here. If you're clean, good luck because it doesn't matter. To add insult to injury, my downstairs neighbor beats his dog and fights his girlfriend repeatedly at 4am. Called the police multiple times, but the police don't show up. Unless they fumigate this place, this place will stay a slum. It was a mistake choosing this place, and I'll pay for it by having to throw everything away to prevent spread.

Since moving in, I’ve had constant issues that have made it hard to feel comfortable in my own home. The roaches is nonstop there in the kitchen, bathroom, and even crawling on the walls. I’ve done everything I can on my end, but it doesn’t matter because the problem is clearly coming from the building. Pest control is either inconsistent or completely useless. Then there’s the mold, which is a serious health risk. It’s damaged my clothes, furniture, and all of my kids’ things. The smell is overwhelming, and breathing it in daily is a real concern. I’ve reported it several times, but they always wait until it gets worse before they decide to do anything. On top of all that, the communication from the office is terrible. I recently had an interaction with Jessica in the leasing office and she is super rude. Her facial expression is cold and concrete. She has no customer service about her demeanor or she is selective with showing it.

Mikayla and the office team did a fantastic job showing me apartments and guiding me through the process. They were transparent, helpful, and made everything smooth and easy. I really appreciate their professionalism and great work!

North Druid Hills is a great area, as it is centrally located to everything. Fortunately, I was assigned a unit in a building that is away from all the trash and chaos. However, we still have a significant problem with a roach infestation and large rats outside, especially near the trash containers. Pest control uses watered-down chemicals in the apartments. The only thing that has effectively helped me reduce the roaches in my apartment is purchasing my own chemicals online. I also place traps and bait every few feet throughout the apartment, both inside and outside.
