My toilet was leaking and I went to the office and Debbie called maintenance right away and they came pretty fast. They were at another building but it was less than 30 minutes and the maintenance guys are great he knew exactly what it was and fixed it quickly. 😊😊😊

I am on disability and don’t have section 8 yet so I will not make enough to afford it but it’s a beautiful building

Living here was fine, the apartment was adequate. However dealing with and making appointments with their office is a pain, I've dealt with my roommate trying to get his name corrected only for another misspelling and made an appointment for my move out date only for management to not show up with no update. The missed appointment meant my deposit was delayed a few months, only to have to reach out after being told it would be sent to wait another few weeks during a time I need it. The apartment and maintenance team were very good, but my experiences with management were not.

Things are going ok here. It’s good you are trying to improve some areas, like the front steps and adding the bench outside. Thank you. The furniture improvements are ok but they cheapen the look. More important would be to occasionally sweep or power wash the garage floors. We are dragging filthy dirt onto the rugs upstairs and usually the garage smells. I’m really looking forward to the pool this summer. Thank you!

I requested my rug to be cleaned after maintenance caused the problem when they dragged dirt and soil up from the garage. This was caused by a flooding on the floor above which resulted in a wet kitchen floor that maintenance had to trod thru and then go to the garage to see the problem. I realize the building does not do routine rug cleaning, but this was caused by their employees, so I feel they should be responsible for correcting the problem.
