Customer Reviews
My only issue was the hallways smelling insanely bad. Like smoke or weed, and I had a huge sensitivity, so I'd always have to wear a mask so I wouldn't react too bad. But Dollar General right across the street, and CVS down the road. Along the way is a Dental place which I never went to, but kinda wish I tried them out. There is also multiple small restaurants, like for pizza, subs, Chinese, it's perfect!💖 And the beside CVS is a Dunkin Donuts! Very beautiful inside, very busy usually and a bit small, so if you'd wanna go to study then secure a spot early or at a good time. I'd walk to my church that was 7 minute walk. You are literally the center of everything from multiple universities! Honestly the perfect spot and I wish to come back! It was perfect for all of my needs and my first apa
I lived here from 2013 to early 2017 until I moved out due to marriage. This building offers studios, efficiencies and one -bedroom apartments. I have lived in this studio as a college and grad student. It's very affordable, the cheapest compared to the surrounding buildings. It's also conveniently located on the bus route (five buses stop on Centre Ave), it's next to Dollar General and CVS, and restaurants like Chipotle and Papa John's. I also went to Aspen Dental one block away, and the PNC bank is also a block away. The landlord is Carol and she is wonderful! She says hi to you and she keeps you updated on construction or maintenance in the building. Most tenants are students, and most people are nice. I will be honest, you will meet a few crazy and weird tenants, and many people smoke
Conveniently located near a CVS and Dollar Tree as well as bus lines that take you downtown. Carol Lavrinc, the landlord, is very friendly and is frequently available in the building. Laundry is available in the basement; washing and drying each cost 5 quarters.
Mice abound in the building due to unrepaired water damage, rotting wood, mice nesting under carpeting, and continued nesting and reproducing has allowed it to really escalate. Erlich is the exterminator but tenants have to kill, trap and pay for mice extermination on their own.
Neighbors are rude, and the management is almost nonexistent.
