Hammock Cove Apartments

Olivia and Nathan were some of the most pleasant people I’ve had a rental experience with! Olivia is very personable and maintenance is always quick the few times I’ve needed them! I would recommend Hammock Cove to anyone

I had an excellent experience living at Hammock Cove! As someone who works from home, I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and friendly neighbors. I never had any issues, but whenever I had a question, the office staff was always kind and quick to help. The apartment layout was comfortable and well-designed, making it a great place to live. If I ever had to move back, I would do so without hesitation!

As a active duty military member I've lived here for about 3.5 years. I chose this complex bc it was an upgrade from my previous place and I could walk, or bike to work from the submarine base. I did have friends and coworkers that lives here as neighbors also. Area has a blend of ethnicitys. Since moving here I've noticed a few things. PLEASE READ! Cons: there were a lot of RACISTS neighbors here, 2 of 3 my vehicles were vandalized. Nails found in tires, gum placed all around my exterior and they call the cops on me, bc I took their non assigned parking spot. It's a lot of hate in this town. They don't have more than 3 bedrooms to rent from here. The rooms are some what sound proof, but my previous neighbors would party in the breezeway entrance and leave trash and cigarette buds outsid

I love living in Hammock Cove! The location is very convenient, we are very close to lots of our favorite restaurants. The apartments themselves feel very high end quality for a reasonable price. I especially love how on top of things Olivia from Management is. She is very easy to get ahold of and a joy to talk to :)

Olivia was fantastic! Answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend these apartments!
