Hammer Lane Village

The manager Nikki is rude and had zero compassion or people skills. She should not be working in low income housing or anywhere near the elderly or people with special needs. She talks to people and threatens them with write ups and fines. She should be a drill sargent at a boot camp as she marches around the complex like she is still in the military. I definitely don't recommend living here unless you want to feel like a prison inmate. Someone needs to fire this lady!

The on-site Manager Christine is a straight forward liar, the Manager on duty Nikki is new no one likes her she is apparently trying to be more strict but it's doing more harm than good because her staff doesn't even like her... Nd Maintenance bigger joke! The head guy Alex is super CREEPY nd the other guy Luis sticks to himself. But they're the biggest snitches ever. DON'T COME HERE!

My mother lives here..!!..She loves it..!! Especially the view from her balcony/patio..!!

I have a 1bedrm apartment with a balcony facing North and my view is pleasant looking North East some what. I can sit in my patio and observe the comings and goings on here in HLV. Im on the 3rd floor, I prefer to be on the 1st floor. We have an elevator for each sides of the building and stairs as well. Laundry room on the 1st floor on both sides of the buildings. Dogs and cats are welcomed, leashes required in the commons along with masks while on the commons.
