Applied and sent over my check stubs like asked and I have not heard nothing else from them. I have even sent three follow up emails and called the office multiple times. The only thing I keep getting is them checking to see if I made a decision about my apartment needs. Do not waste your time applying with them!

I've lived here for almost two years and my husband and I plan to be here for a while longer! For the price, you really can't beat it. Our apartment is spacious and cozy, maintenance is very responsive, and the manager, Jacob, always makes himself available and works with us, whatever we need. The community is gated and feels very safe. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. We've never had any issues.

Jacob-is doing a great job as a manager . I never met a manager who would listen to his residents and the turn around on any repairs is wonderful. I love it with security cameras on site. Jacob you deserve a 10 star around. Keep begin a wonderful manager.

Hamlin Place is a beautiful 2 & 3 bedroom apartments! The new manager Jack gets things done. He's open to helping whenever I need assistance & gets the job done. New lighting! Secured gate! They're adding a lot of new additions to these apartments. They're very nice & clean! I would definitely recommend living here.
